Order processing time before shipping:

Sterling silver and gold plated jewelry: 1 to 6 business days
Solid 14k gold jewelry: 4 to 10 business days

Studio pickup

You can pick up an order at the studio Tuesday to Thursday from 1 PM to 6 PM.

 

You must select the "Pickup" option during checkout. You will receive a notification email when your order is ready to be picked up. You can come to the studio during the times mentioned above.

How to get there

The studio is located at 2065 Parthenais, suite 030b, Montreal, QC, H2K 3T1.

Dial #13 at the building entrance to unlock the door.

The studio is on the ground floor. Look for the red post next to the reception, then turn left down the corridor. Walk to the end, then turn left and right.

Customs fees may apply upon receipt for buyers outside Canada. They are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipments are considered lost after 60 business days by Canada Post.
