Refund policy
It is important to Lidia that you are delighted with your purchase. If you are not, please contact us by email specifying your order number and the reason for your dissatisfaction. We love to know what we can do to improve our products and ensure customer satisfaction.
We have a 30 days customer satisfaction policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was sent, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the jewelry must not have been worn and must be in the same condition you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.
Solid gold jewelry and custom orders are final as they are made-to-order.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item in this case, please email us first at hello@lidiajewelry.ca with your order number and an explanation of the damage. It is also preferable to send a photo of the jewelry.
Product returns
To return a product, you have 2 options.
You must contact Lidia by email (hello@lidiajewelry.ca) before any return.

Or make an appointment to bring it directly to the workshop.
When shipping an item, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you are returning.
When returning the item, it is your responsibility to package it adequately so that it arrives in good condition. Ideally, use the same type of packaging that was used originally. The item cannot be refunded if it is damaged.
Shipping costs
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs paid during an online purchase are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
