Warranty

All jewelry purchased on lidiajewelry.ca comes with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.

 
Warranty Coverage:

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and damages due to normal use. If your jewelry has a manufacturing defect or is damaged due to normal use during the warranty period, we are committed to resolving the issue.


Warranty Limitations:

Please note that the warranty does not cover accidental damage, loss or theft, or repairs done by unauthorized third parties. Additionally, the warranty does not apply to damages caused by misuse, negligence, or modification of the jewelry by the customer.


Claims Procedure:

If you encounter an issue covered by the warranty, please follow the following claims procedure:

1. Contact our customer service via email at hello@lidiajewelry.ca within 6 months from the date of purchase.
2. Please provide the following information: order number, proof of purchase, a detailed explanation, and clear photos of the problem encountered.
3. Our customer service team will review your claim and provide you with further instructions within a maximum of 5 business days.


Repairs, Replacements, or Refunds:

Depending on the case, we are committed to resolving the issue in the most appropriate manner:

  • If the jewelry can be repaired, we will repair it free of charge.
  • If the jewelry cannot be repaired, we will replace it with a similar model, if possible.
  • If neither repair nor replacement is possible, we will proceed with a refund of the amount corresponding to the price paid for the piece of jewelry as indicated on your invoice.
    

Please note that the decision for repair, replacement, or refund will be made after evaluation of the problem by our team. Shipping costs will be covered by Lidia if it is necessary to send a piece of jewelry by mail.

We would like to emphasize that this warranty is valid only for jewelry purchased from Lidia Jewelry.
